Atelier Ora will refund any returned frame, without breakage or modifications, with all its elements in perfect condition, within ten (10) days following delivery.

Items must be received within these 10 days, in their original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Postage costs are the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Atelier Ora.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stipulated above. In this case, we will return the items to you. Contact us by email before returning your item and let us know the reason for the return.

We encourage you to email us at info@atelierora.ca with any questions regarding the size and shape of our frames to ensure it will be perfect for you.
