Let's be honest

Glasses are just a pair of lenses set in a frame resting on the nose and ears.

I'm not an eyewear designer. And I don’t wanna pretend to be.

However I’ve come to find there’s not one single eyewear manufacturer that designs and assembles its product entirely on the island of Montreal.

And that's the reason why I founded Atelier Ora. Because what I am is someone who cares deeply about human beings. I care about making something meaningful, something that helps people. But I simply couldn’t be an entrepreneur and be careless about the real price of what I make.

I have a strong sense of responsibility in having a positive impact on the people my business serves, on the people who make the products and the impact I have on the environment. That’s why for me it’s not about calling myself a designer or a businesswoman, but simply offering a meaningful service and that when it's all said and done it was truly done to everyone's benefit.
